Return, Refund, Exchange & Cancellation Policy

 

At Drip Culture, we value your trust and strive to provide a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Returns

  • Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged, defective, or if the wrong size/item has been delivered.

  • Customers must notify us immediately with supporting images for validation.

  • Approved returns must be shipped back in the original condition, with all tags and accessories included.

  • Items must be returned in Drip Culture’s protective box. If the box is damaged, please double-box the product in a protective carton.

Inspection & Resolution

  • Once received, products go through a detailed inspection.

  • If approved, you will receive store credit equal to 100% of your billed amount.

  • Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date of issue.

  • The resolution process may take up to 30 days, though we aim to resolve it sooner.


2. Damages & Issues

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery.

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us immediately at dripculture97@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue.


3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items or gift cards


4. Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only for damaged and unworn items after inspection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time for your bank/credit card provider to reflect the refund.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at dripculture97@gmail.com.


5. Cancellations

  • Cancellations are accepted only before shipping.

  • If approved, you will receive a 100% store credit refund within 4–5 working days.

  • A cancellation confirmation will be sent via email within 24 hours.

  • A cancellation fee of ₹2,000 – ₹5,000 (depending on order value) applies.

  • No cancellations are accepted once the product has been shipped.


6. Exchanges

  • Sneaker size exchanges are accepted with a minimum 10% additional charge on the purchase value also depends on subject to availability

  • Not all product can be exchanged as some specially sourced for your request and can't be exchanged or returned.

  • Products must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging.

  • Exchanging apparel depends on the designer’s specific policies, as Drip Culture collaborates with multiple designers. Please check the product page for designer-specific terms.


7. European Union Customers

For EU orders, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period.

  • You may cancel or return your order within 14 days without providing a reason.

  • Items must be unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.
