Shipping Charges
Shipping is FREE on all orders delivered within India. There is no minimum order value.
The shipping charge (₹0) is displayed at checkout before you complete your payment. No hidden fees will be added after your order is placed.
Order Processing Time
Once your payment is confirmed, our team will begin processing your order. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to product availability and order verification.
Please Note: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day.
In rare cases of a stock discrepancy, we will fulfil the available items and contact you to offer an alternative size, a replacement product of equal or greater value, or a full refund for the out-of-stock item.
Estimated Delivery Time
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote / rural areas: 5–10 business days
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen operational challenges.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
After successfully placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address provided during checkout.
Once your order is dispatched, we will send you a shipping confirmation with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment in real time via the courier partner's website.
All deliveries are attempted on Monday–Saturday during standard business hours. Our delivery partners will make 2 delivery attempts. If the package is undeliverable after both attempts, it will be returned to us. Re-shipping fees will apply for re-dispatch requests.
Accurate Shipping Address
You are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout, including:
- Full name
- Complete delivery address (flat/house no., street, locality, city, state, PIN code)
- Active phone number
- Valid email address
Drip Culture will not be held responsible for failed or lost deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Address Changes After Ordering
If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately, ideally within 12 hours of placing the order. We will try to accommodate changes before dispatch. Once an order has been handed over to our courier partner, address modifications may no longer be possible.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries
While we strive to meet all estimated delivery windows, delays beyond our control can occasionally occur, including:
- Courier network disruptions
- Extreme weather or natural events
- Public holidays or government-mandated closures
- Incorrect address details
- Remote or restricted delivery areas
Drip Culture is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier companies once the shipment has left us. We will, however, make every effort to assist you in tracking and resolving the issue.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, a clear description of the issue and supporting photos or videos. Our team will review your case and resolve it in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
