Cancellation Before Shipment
If your cancellation request is approved before the order is shipped, a full refund to your original payment method will be initiated. Any non-recoverable payment gateway charges may be deducted where applicable; you will be told the exact amount before the cancellation is confirmed.
The customer will receive confirmation once the cancellation request has been processed.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once an order has been dispatched or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted. If the customer receives the order after shipment, any eligible return request will be handled according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Product Availability Cancellation
In some situations, an order may need to be cancelled due to product unavailability, inventory errors, order verification issues or other operational reasons. If Drip Culture cancels an order, customers will be informed and a full refund will be initiated.
