Is Drip Culture a legit website?
Yes. Drip Culture is a real business with an office address in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai, a phone line and email that are answered every day, and a physical pop-up store in CBD Belapur. Orders ship from Navi Mumbai with tracking, and every policy (shipping, returns, cancellations, payments and privacy) is published on the site. Does Drip Culture sell fake shoes?
No. We do not sell replicas, "first copies" or "1:1" products of any kind, and we don't list anything we can't verify. Every product goes through our 12-step authentication process before it ships. That includes matching the style code on the box label to the size tag inside the shoe, checking materials, stitching, shape and packaging against the brand's retail standard, and verification through trusted third-party authentication apps such as CheckCheck and Legit Check, which are used by sneaker buyers worldwide.

Why are some prices different from the brand's own store?
Many of the pairs we sell are limited releases that sold out at retail, so they trade at resale prices that move with demand and size. Others are released in the US, Europe or Asia before (or instead of) India. On some products, like the Google Fitbit Air, our price can be lower than the official India launch price. On sold-out hyped pairs, it is usually higher than the original retail. Every product page shows the current price for each size.
How long does Drip Culture take to deliver?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. After dispatch, delivery usually takes:
- Metro cities: 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 and tier 3 cities: 4–7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 5–10 business days

What is Drip Culture's return and exchange policy?
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if you received a damaged or defective product, the wrong product, or the wrong size compared with your order. The item must be unused and unworn, with all tags, original packaging and accessories.
- Email customersupport@dripculture.shop with your order number, a description of the issue and clear photos or videos.
- We review the request and send return instructions if it's approved.
- Once the item is inspected, the resolution can be a refund to your original payment method, store credit or a replacement. Approved refunds are started within 7 business days.
