Quick answer: Every product Drip Culture lists goes through a 12-step authentication process. Stock is sourced from established distributors, reseller networks and verified wholesale suppliers, then inspected when it reaches us: we match the style code and labels, check materials, stitching and packaging against the brand's official standards, and verify through trusted third-party authentication apps such as CheckCheck and Legit Check. We do not list anything we cannot verify. Drip Culture is one of India's go-to resellers for authentic sneakers and luxury, with 15,000+ products delivered across India.
1. Where our stock comes from
We source from established distributors, authorised reseller networks and verified wholesale suppliers.
2. What we check on every item
- Style code and labels: the code on the box label must match the size tag inside the shoe (or the bag/watch label) and the brand's official code for that colourway.
- Materials: leather, suede, mesh and hardware are checked by look and feel against the brand's official product details.
- Stitching and construction: stitch spacing and finish, logo placement, toe-box shape and sole details.
- Box and packaging: box shape, label font and print quality, tissue, dust bags, cards and accessories that ship with the product.
- Condition: every item is checked to make sure it is in the condition described on its listing.
3. Third-party app verification
On top of our own checks, we verify products through trusted third-party authentication apps used by buyers and resellers worldwide, such as CheckCheck and Legit Check.
[CONFIRM before publishing: the 12 steps in order; which products go through the apps (every item, or certain categories such as sneakers); and whether customers can get the app's authentication certificate on request.]
4. Category-specific checks
- Sneakers (Nike, Air Jordan, Adidas, Yeezy, New Balance, On Running): style code, size tag, insole and outsole details, glow or special-effect materials where the pair has them.
- Bags (Polène, Coach, Michael Kors): leather grain, stitching, hardware engraving, serial or creed labels where the brand uses them, dust bag and packaging.
- Watches and wearables (Casio, G-Shock, Garmin, WHOOP, Fitbit): model number, case-back details, packaging and that the device pairs with the official app where relevant. Custom Seiko mod watches are clearly labelled as modified products built on genuine base watches.
- Collectibles (Pop Mart Labubu): box print and seal, card details and the figure's finish.
5. What we will never list
We do not sell, stock or knowingly source counterfeit, replica or unauthorised products of any kind, and we do not list products we cannot verify.
6. If you have a concern
If you ever believe an item you received is not authentic, contact us straight away and we will investigate and make it right; our return and refund policy covers authenticity concerns.
