Where we ship

We ship within India only, to all states and union territories. We do not ship internationally. Orders are dispatched from Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders within India, with no minimum order value.

Processing and delivery times

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation (orders placed on Sundays or public holidays start processing on the next working day). Estimated delivery after dispatch: metro cities 2–4 business days; tier 2 and tier 3 cities 4–7 business days; remote or rural areas 5–10 business days.

Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email, and a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Damaged or incorrect orders

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos or videos, and we will resolve it under our Refund Policy.
